Exhibitor/Vendor Registration
Vendors and exhibitors play an integral role in the success of our SHAPE Arkansas Conferences. We invite both nonprofit and for-profit organizations to join us for the SHAPE Arkansas Fall 2026 Convention in Russellville, Arkansas, at Arkansas Tech University.
Our vendors and exhibitors will be located in the newly renovated Hull Event Center. Vendor setup will take place Monday morning, November 9, 2026. Throughout the conference, attendees will have ample opportunity to visit, connect, and engage with our outstanding exhibitors.
We are excited to welcome a diverse group of organizations and partners to this year’s convention. Our vendor and exhibitor rates for 2026 are as follows:
*If you would like to bring more than 2 people it will be $25 for each extra person

$50 – 1 table and 1 person
$75 – 1 table and 2 people
For Profit Organizations and Companies
$100 – 1 table and 1 person
$125 – 1 table and 2 people
